My great friend Nancy (from Chicago) found this fish sauce recipe when I couldn’t find any fish sauce with certification. My stomach and my family are eternally grateful.
- 6 anchovy fillets (well rinsed and drained)
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
It will keep, covered tightly for up to a week.
