The rice cereal gives the Hamantashen a nice crunchy texture.

  • 12 oz. white chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup rice cereal

  1. In a microwave bowl combine the white chocolate, chopped pecans and butter. Melt and mix.
  2. Stir in the rice cereal.
  3. Use to fill your favorite Hamantashen cookie dough recipe.
