The rice cereal gives the Hamentashen a nice crunchy texture.
- 12 oz. white chocolate
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1 cup rice cereal
- In a microwave bowl combine the white chocolate, chopped pecans and butter. Melt and mix.
- Stir in the rice cereal.
- Use to fill your favorite Hamentashen cookie dough recipe.
