Mediterraian Spice Rub
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Mediterraian Spice Rub Eileen Goltz | Pareve


1 tablespoons fresh crushed rosemary
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh crushed thyme
1/2 tablespoon instant coffee
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon cracked black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Rub onto the beef just before grilling or cooking. Makes about 4 tablespoons, enough for 2 pounds of beef.
