Green Chili Cheese Ball
This recipe is kosher for Passover.

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Colby cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • Salt

Instructions
  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend well.
  2. Place mixture on wax paper or plastic wrap. Wrap and form into ball.
  3. Chill for several hours.

Serve with crackers.
