Candy Cane Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine or butter
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts
  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix to combine. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • I sometimes frost these brownies and sprinkle some chopped candy canes on top.
