Brown Sugar Spice Rib Rub
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Brown Sugar Spice Rib Rub Eileen Goltz | Pareve

This rub can be used on beef, chicken or salmon


2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup garlic powder

1/2 cup kosher salt

1/4 cup paprika

1/4 cup lemon pepper

1/4 cup chili powder

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried basil


In a bowl combine all the ingredients. Rub into both sides of ribs and let marinate. Makes 3 to 3 1/2 cups. Enough for 5 to 6 lbs of ribs
