This rub can be used on beef, chicken, or salmon and yields enough for 5 to 6 lbs. of ribs.
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ½ cup kosher salt
- ¼ cup paprika
- ¼ cup lemon pepper
- ¼ cup chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
- Rub into both sides of ribs and let marinate.
