1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons thawed, frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon poppy seeds 2 medium-size Michigan apples, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup cantaloupe balls or chunks
Leaf, Boston or bib lettuce
In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemonade concentrate, sugar and poppy seeds; refrigerate. Arrange apples and fruit on lettuce. Drizzle with lemon dressing before serving.
