- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons thawed, frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2 medium-size Michigan apples, sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup cantaloupe balls or chunks
- Leaf, Boston, or bibb lettuce
- In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemonade concentrate, sugar and poppy seeds. Refrigerate.
- Arrange apples and fruit on lettuce.
- Drizzle with lemon dressing before serving.
