Harmoni International Spice Inc., California, established in 1998, is a grower, manufacturer, developer, importer, distributor, and supplier of various vegetables, herbs, and spices.
Being audited and routinely checked by our major customers, Harmoni¡¯s quality commitment is reflected in our GMP practice, TQM procedures, and HACCP plans. Our facilities are Kosher certified, which is audited yearly by Orthodox Union, and our traceability programs are audited by the US consultants. We also carry out routine tests on our water, soil, and each lot of finished products for microbiology, chemical residues, and heavy metals. Accredited laboratories in the US such as Siliker Labs and Covance Laboratory also verify some of our tests.
Our major products are fresh garlic, dehydrated garlic, pharmaceutical garlic powder, garlic products in retail jar packages, gingers, onions, and dehydrated vegetables, etc.
