By submitting your application, you confirm your understanding and agreement that:

• I am 18 years of age or older.
• Your responses are truthful and accurate.
• This is a religious training program and thus will adhere to Rabbinic guidelines, precepts, and rulings.
• All applications are subject to review and applying to the program does not guarantee acceptance.
• Acceptance into the program is made at the sole discretion of the Orthodox Union, in accordance with Rabbinic precepts and guidelines.
• This program is for men only.  (As in the past, there will likely be a similar religious program in the future for women.)
