Tomato Basil Bread for the Bread Machine

1 loaf

  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  1. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the tomatoes according to the manufacturer's directions. Bake on white bread setting and add the tomatoes after the first kneading cycle.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
