Tomato and Horseradish Dressing
Tomato and Horseradish Dressing Eileen Goltz | Pareve

1-1/2 cups

  • ½ Tablespoon red or white horseradish
  • ½ Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • ½ cup chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
