Tomato and Horseradish Dressing
Tomato and Horseradish Dressing Eileen Goltz | Pareve

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

1/2 tablespoon red or white horseradish

1/2 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1/2 cup chopped seeded tomatoes

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh chopped tarragon

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

salt to taste


Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
