- ½ cup sour cream or non-dairy substitute
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon minced green pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ cup bottled hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour before using so that the flavors have time to combine.
