Tex Mex Salad Dressing
Tex Mex Salad Dressing Eileen Goltz | Pareve or Dairy

Makes 1 1/4 cup

1/2 cup sour cream or non dairy substitute

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon minced green pepper

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 cup bottled hickory smoked barbeque sauce


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until combined. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour before using so that the flavors have time to combine. Makes 1 1/4 cup.
