Simple Cranberry Chicken
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Simple Cranberry Chicken Eileen Goltz | Meat

  • 4 to 6 chicken breast halves, skinless and boned
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • ⅔ cup chili sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot (slow cooker).
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix to combine and to coat the chicken well.
  3. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. 

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
