Salmon Spice Rub
This recipe is kosher for Passover.

Exotic ingredients for an exotic taste

  • 3 Tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons dried dill
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1½ teaspoons celery seed
  • 1½ bay leaves

  1. In a dry small heavy skillet, Toast coriander over medium heat, shaking skillet frequently, until fragrant and a shade or two darker, about 3 minutes.
  2. Cool, then finely grind with remaining ingredients in grinder.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
