- 1¼ cups water
- 1 Tablespoon butter, softened
- 2½ cups bread flour
- ¾ cup rye flour
- 2 Tablespoons dry milk
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ¾ teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2¾ teaspoons regular dry yeast or 2½ teaspoons quick-acting dry yeast
- Combine all the ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions.
The caraway seeds may be omitted for seedless rye bread.
- Bake on Whole Wheat Bread cycle.
