Rustic Chicken

Ingredients
- 1½ to 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts cut in 1-inch strips
- 1 Tablespoon cooked kosher breakfast beef, crumbled
- 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or 8 oz. fresh, sliced
- 1 packet dry kosher chicken gravy mix (about 1 oz.)
- ¼ cup red wine
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a crock pot (slow cooker) and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve over pasta or rice.
