Ingredients

  • 1½ to 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts cut in 1-inch strips
  • 1 Tablespoon cooked kosher breakfast beef, crumbled
  • 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or 8 oz. fresh, sliced
  • 1 packet dry kosher chicken gravy mix (about 1 oz.)
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot (slow cooker) and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Serve over pasta or rice.
