Raisin Bread for the Bread Machine
Raisin Bread for the Bread Machine Eileen Goltz | Dairy

1 loaf

  • 1¼ cups of water
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3¼ cups bread flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3½ teaspoons regular dry yeast or 3 teaspoons quick-acting active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup of raisins

  1. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the raisins according to the manufacturer's directions. Start the machine and add the raisins after the first kneading.
  2. Bake on Sweet Bread cycle.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
