Quick and Easy Matzah Balls
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Quick and Easy Matzah Balls Pareve

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • Matzah meal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Drop of seltzer
  • Chopped parsley (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
  1. Whip eggs until foamy. Add seasonings.
  2. Pour in enough matzah meal to make stiff.
  3. Wet hands. Shape into balls and drop into 3 quarts boiling salted water.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
