6 cups freshly brewed coffee
4 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups hot milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
8 peppermint sticks
Pour the coffee into large saucepan. Add the chocolate chips and cook on low heat 5 min. or until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. Add the milk and extract. Stir until well blended. Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick.
