Peppermint Mocha Coffee

  • 6 cups freshly brewed coffee
  • 4 oz.semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups hot milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 8 peppermint sticks

  1. Pour the coffee into large saucepan. Add the chocolate chips and cook on low heat 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. Add the milk and extract. Stir until well blended.
  2. Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
