- 6 cups freshly brewed coffee
- 4 oz.semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1½ cups hot milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 8 peppermint sticks
- Pour the coffee into large saucepan. Add the chocolate chips and cook on low heat 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. Add the milk and extract. Stir until well blended.
- Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick.
