Oven-Roasted Potatoes
This recipe is kosher for Passover.

Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black or white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
  1. Scrub potatoes. Peel, if desired.
  2. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then into 4 to 6 pieces.
  3. Place in baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or greased.
  4. Sprinkle spices evenly over potatoes and pour oil over all.
  5. Bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes.
