This recipe is kosher for Passover.

- 4 large potatoes
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black or white pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Scrub potatoes. Peel, if desired.
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then into 4 to 6 pieces.
- Place in baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or greased.
- Sprinkle spices evenly over potatoes and pour oil over all.
- Bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes.
