Oven-Fried Sweet Potatoes
This recipe is kosher for Passover.

4 to 6 servings

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  1. Scrub and dry potatoes. Peel, if desired and cut lengthwise into ½ inch sticks.
  2. Toss in bowl with oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread on greased baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes; turn and bake 10 minutes longer.
