Olive Bread for the Bread Machine

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ cup + 2 Tablespoons water
  • ⅓ cup pitted, chopped black olives

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT for the black olives according to the manufacturer's instructions. Add the olives after the first kneading cycle.
  2. Bake on basic bread cycle.
