Non-Dairy EZ Fruit Dip

- With so many people having lactose intolerance these days this recipe is perfect to get the creamy taste without the problems.
- Please Note: Some non-dairy creamers are actually dairy. They are called non-dairy as they contain an insignificant amount of dairy or dairy derivative. Therefore, please check for the status via the kosher symbol, such as OU versus OU-D.
Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup non-dairy cream substitute (Tofutti brand is great)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
- Mix to combine and serve with fruit.
- This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
