  • With so many people having lactose intolerance these days this recipe is perfect to get the creamy taste without the problems.
  • Please Note: Some non-dairy creamers are actually dairy. They are called non-dairy as they contain an insignificant amount of dairy or dairy derivative. Therefore, please check for the status via the kosher symbol, such as OU versus OU-D.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup non-dairy cream substitute (Tofutti brand is great)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
  2. Mix to combine and serve with fruit.
  • This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
