Mixed Mashed Potatoes
This recipe is kosher for Passover.

Can be pareve when using non-dairy options.

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 medium whole potatoes
  • ½ cup milk OR ½ cup pareve milk OR 1 beaten egg
  • 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Peel and dice all the potatoes.
  2. Put in pot, add 1 teaspoon salt, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook for about 20 minutes or until soft. Drain well.
  4. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash well.

May be whipped food in food processor.
