- 3 cups Macaroni
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- ¼ cup chopped green or black olives
- ½ cup diced celery
- 1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb. smoked white fish, cut into pieces
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. Toss with 1 Tablespoon oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
