Pareve Kishka

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small onion
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 carrots
  • 1½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups flour

  1. Put oil in food processor.
  2. Add salt and paprika.
  3. Cut up carrots, celery and onion and add to oil.
  4. Process until smooth, pour into bowl, and add flour.
  5. Put on piece of foil and form into loaf. Place in pan (to catch oil).
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
