Italian Cheese Ball
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Italian Cheese Ball Eileen Goltz | Dairy

10 to 12 servings

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 envelope Italian-style dry salad dressing mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or more)

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Form into a ball, and then chill for at least 2 hours.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
