Herbed Chicken Rub
This recipe is kosher for Passover.

About 1 cup

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons paprika
  • 1½ Tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ Tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ Tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon dry rubbed sage
  • ½ teaspoon dry basil
  • ½ teaspoon dry rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne

Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Rub into chicken and let it sit for at least an hour.
