This recipe is kosher for Passover.

Herb Salt

1/2 teaspoon basil

1/4 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon dill weed

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dried parsley


Combine all ingredients and grind with a mortar and pestle. Store in a small herb jar. Makes 1 3/4 teaspoons.
