- 2 cups grapefruit juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 small grapefruit, cut in wedges
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
- Chill 4 tall glasses in the freezer.
- Combine the grapefruit juice, banana, vanilla yogurt and crushed ice in a blender.
- Puree for 10 seconds on high.
- Pour the frappe into the chilled glasses with grapefruit wedge and fresh mint.
