Fast And Easy No Cook Strawberry Soup (pareve)
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Fast And Easy No Cook Strawberry Soup (pareve) Eileen Goltz | Pareve

Serves 4

1 quart strawberries
2 cups orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar


Wash and hull the strawberries. Combine all but 6 strawberries with the orange juice.  In a blender and process until smooth. Add the vanilla and sugar to taste. Coarsely chop the remaining strawberries and use them as garnish.  This soup can be made several hours in advance. But it will need to be stirred to combine before serving.
