EZ Bean Sprout Salad
EZ Bean Sprout Salad Pareve

4 to 6 servings

  • 1 lb. mung bean sprouts
  • ½ cup sliced radishes
  • ⅓ cup broccoli sprouts
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Blanch mung bean sprouts and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add the radishes, broccoli spouts soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Toss gently, taste and then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
