A luxurious taste packed with nutrients like iron a “B” vitamins.

  • 4 cups milk
  • ½ lb. pitted dates
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 eggs

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and process until dates are coarsely chopped.
  2. Pour into a large heavy saucepan.
  3. Cook over low heat until pudding thickens.
  4. Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate.
