Corn Kugel

Ingredients
  • 2 (15 oz) cans creamed corn
  • ½ cup melted margarine
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ cup non-dairy milk substitute
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. In a bowl combine a the ingredient EXCEPT the corn. Mix to combine and then add the corn.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared casserole.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • This recipe can be doubled.
