Cinnamon Cocoa Granola

5 cups

  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • 1 cup bran flakes
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa
  • ½ cup sesame seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then pour the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 30 minutes, stirring once or twice, making sure it doesn’t clump or stick.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
