Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread
This recipe is kosher for Passover.

1½ cups

  • ⅓ cup whipping cream
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, cut up
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

  1. Melt cream and chocolate.
  2. Cool to lukewarm.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Beat in chocolate mixture until light and fluffy. Stir in orange zest.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
