- ⅓ cup whipping cream
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, cut up
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- Melt cream and chocolate.
- Cool to lukewarm.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in chocolate mixture until light and fluffy. Stir in orange zest.
- Refrigerate until firm.
