Carrot Spread
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Carrot Spread Eileen Goltz | Dairy

1½ cups spread

  • ¾ cup of finely-grated carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick of margarine, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped green olives
  • 2 Tablespoons of grated onion
  • Dash of white pepper

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer or food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
