- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained, rinsed
- ¼ cup salsa
- 2 oz. processed cheese
- Place the broth, beans and salsa in blender; blend 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan; cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Cut the processed cheese into 1/2-inch cubes and add to pot. Cook 1 minute or until melted, stirring constantly.
