A quick pick-up on a hot afternoon.
- 10 fresh strawberries
- 2 cups of cold milk
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- 1½ Tablespoon sugar or honey
- Wash the strawberries and cut out the stems.
- Put berries, milk, sugar, or honey and ice cubes into the blender.
- Start at low speed, then gradually increase to fastest speed. In about 30 seconds the shake is ready to pour and serve.
Try it with blueberries, bananas or even a ripe peach.
