Asian Spice Rub
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Asian Spice Rub Eileen Goltz | Pareve

About 4 Tablespoons

  • 2 Tablespoons dry chopped chives
  • 1 Tablespoon dry minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground ginger

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Rub mixture into beef just before grilling or cooking.
  • Makes enough for 2 pounds of beef or chicken.

Remember to make an Eruv Tavshilin!
