Unauthorized OU The Orthodox Union does not certify Achtarout pita breads. Achtarout pita breads are sold under various brand names and they are all labeled with the Pita Achtarout name and Montreal address. Some of their pitas bear an unauthorized OU symbol. Corrective actions are being implemented.
