Vita Spelt – spelt products are made from the highest quality spelt grown in North America. We contract with farmers both organic and commercial from Montana to New York. Each truckload undergoes rigorous testing to make sure the product meets certain standards and grain is stored separately based on most appropriate end use. Our belief is that to have a high quality finished product you must first start with a quality product. Spelt is a grain 2000 years older than wheat; it is legendary for its digestibility and is a viable alternative to those people with wheat sensitivities.
