Bothwell Cheese was started in 1936 as a cooperative by a group of local dairy farmers. Located in New Bothwell, it is in the heart of Manitoba’s dairy belt. Bothwell Cheese is made with 100% pure Canadian milk and its skilled cheese makers still utilize time honored traditional cheese making techniques to produce more than 30 varieties of high quality award winning cheeses. The following Bothwell cheese products are OU certified when OUD symbol and special stickers appear on the packaging:
