The Borges Group began in Tàrrega in the Catalan province of Lleida in 1896.
The two founders, Antonio Pont i Pont and Dolors Creus Casanovas, bought and sold olives and almonds, typical products of the Lleida and Tarragona regions.
Since then, the Borges Group has expanded its business to more than 100 countries across the globe, where the Borges brand has been established.
