Kosher Alert Superior Baking

Missing D-Dairy designation
Superior Baking Brownie Bites are processed on dairy equipment and may contain dairy residuals. This product is certified by the Orthodox Union as an OU D – Dairy product. A limited quantity of labels were printed with a plain OU without the D. These mislabeled products were primarely sold at Costco in the Northeast. The company corrected this error.
Kosher Alert Orgullo Mexicano Cheese

Mislabeling
Products manufactured by Peppadew International in South Africa bearing the OU symbol are certified kosher by the Orthodox Union. Products distributed by Peppadew International Europe BV (PI Europe) are not certified by the Orthodox Union. Some PI Europe products (including Peppers Stuffed with Cheese) primarily sold in the Netherlands mistakenly bear the OU symbol. Corrective measures are being implemented.
