+More Grape Juice made by Azgranata bears an unauthorized OU mark.  The Orthodox Union does not certify this product.  Corrective measures are being implemented.

Unauthorized OU

Spice Classics Beef Flavor Bouillon and Chicken Flavor Bouillon bear an unauthorized OU mark.  The Orthodox Union does not certify these products.  Corrective actions are being implemented.

Forrelli Crème Strawberry Flavored Wafers made in Turkey bear an unauthorized OU.  This product is not certified by the Orthodox Union and it contains dairy as indicated in the ingredient list.  Forrelli Strawberry Wafers made in Israel are certified by the Orthodox Union and do not contain dairy.  Corrective measures are being implemented.

Unauthorized OU

Diamond Crystal House Blend Caesar Dressing, a food service product, is not certified by the Orthodox Union.  The individual packages do not have an OU on them.  Some of the cartons used to ship this product mistakenly have an OU on them.  The cartons have been corrected.

Not Certified

A sign with an OU symbol was posted in the Yo Fresh frozen yogurt store in Newton MA.  The Orthodox Union does not certify that store or any Yo Fresh frozen yogurt store.  Corrective measures are being implemented.

Missing “D”  Dairy designation.

Sweet Loren’s cookie dough products are produced on dairy equipment and are certified by the Orthodox Union as OU D products.  Some of the above listed varieties of Sweet Loren’s products were mistakenly labeled with a plain OU.  Corrective measures have been implemented.

Not for Passover

The Orthodox Union does not certify King of the Sea tuna for Passover.

Missing “D” Dairy designation

Donut House Sweet & Creamy Iced Coffee is certified as an OU D – Dairy product, as it contains dairy ingredients.   Some boxes labeled with an OU are missing the “D” Dairy designation.   The individual cups, however, are labeled with an OU D.   Corrective actions have been implemented.

Coca-Cola Products are available as Kosher for Passover under the Orthodox Union nationally and in Illinois under the CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council). This year some of the caps designated for the CRC supervised production were mistakenly delivered to the East Coast Facility that produces Kosher for Passover under the OU.

The Orthodox Union wishes to affirm that products available in the East Coast either with
OU-P or CRC-P13 on Yellow Caps have been produced under the strict Passover supervision of the Orthodox Union and the products are Kosher for Passover.

Unauthorized OU

Some packages of Dole Mandarins in Orange Gel were mistakenly labeled with a ’stylized K Pareve’ symbol.  This product is not certified by the Orthodox Union.  Corrective measures have been implemented.
