Golden Grapefruit Frappe (dairy)

Ingredients

2 cups grapefruit juice
1 ripe banana
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
1 small grapefruit, cut in wedges
4 sprigs fresh mint


Instructions

Chill 4 tall glasses in the freezer. Combine the grapefruit juice, banana, vanilla yogurt and crushed ice in a blender. Puree for 10 seconds on high. Pour the frappe into the chilled glasses with grapefruit wedge and fresh mint. Serves 4.
