Herbed Chicken Rub (pareve)

Ingredients

1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon dry rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne


Instructions

In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Rub into chicken and let set for at least an hour. Makes approx 1 cup.
