Black Bean Soup

Modified from the Kraft web site
Ingredients

1 cup vegetable broth
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
1/4 cup salsa
2 oz. Processed cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes


Instructions

Place the broth, beans and salsa in blender; blend 1 min. or until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add the processed cheese; cook 1 min. or until melted, stirring constantly.
