2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup strawberries sliced
1 banana sliced
1/2 cup coconut of cream
2 cups ice
strawberries to garnish
Combine all the ingredients in blender. Puree until thick and smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with a strawberry if desired.
